Use sulfate free shampoo & conditioner
Deep Condition routinely to maintain moisture and avoid dryness
Avoid washing hair 48-72 hours after treatment
Avoid any heat styling 48-72 hours
Avoid brushing for 24 hours
Do not color hair up to 2 weeks after a perm
